INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders held on 28/06/2006, approved anew, the purchase of own shares via the Athens Exchange, as follows: The maximum number of shares that can be purchased is the remainder of own shares already acquired, up to the 10% limit, that is up to 12.875.632 shares. The highest buy price is Euro18 per share and the lowest Euro1, per share. This resolution is valid for 12 months, until June 28th, 2007. In implementing the aforementioned resolution of the INTRACOM HOLDINGS' shareholders 28/06/2006 AGM, the Company announces that it may purchase own shares from July 17th, 2006 until June 28th, 2007.
