According to the program of Intended Corporate Acts of our company, within the frame of providing the public with accurate and prompt information and in accordance to the Articles 275, paragraph 9(c) and Article 292, paragraph 2(b) of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the company MINOAN LINES S.A. announces the following:

- The disclosure of the annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the fiscal year 2005 will take place on Wednesday March 22, 2006.
- The conference call regarding the financial results of the company will be held on Thursday March 23, 2006.
- The Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the companys Shareholders will take place on Monday May 29, 2006.
- The Board of Directors will not propose to the Ordinary General Assembly the distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2005.
