The Boards of Directors of the Companies HΑLCΟR, S.Α. and FITCO, S.Α., decided, during their meetings dated 30/1/2006, to start the merger procedure of the two companies, through absorption of the second company by the first. The exchange ratio of the shares will be announced, as soon as the valuation study, concerning each company, will be completed, by the two audit firms.As transformation date was fixed the 31/1/2006. The merger will be effected following the provisions of L2166/1993 and L2190/1920.
