Mr. Giorgio Pradelli will be appointed as Head of International Operations of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A., as of June 1st, 2006. As of the same date, he will be a General Manager and member of the Executive Committee of the Bank. Mr. Pradelli holds a University Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turin. He has served as Deputy Finance Director in London for the Bank's parent company EFG Group. Prior to this, he was employed for 12 years by Deutsche Bank, in various top management positions based in Frankfurt, London and Milan.
