In reply to your letter with protocol number 592/08-02-06 regarding press report of the "Imerissia" newspaper on its' yesterday's paper of 02/08/06 we would like to inform you that:

The Board of Directors of OPAP S.A. has not taken any resolution for the granting of new agency licenses, with the exception of the licenses granted to winners at the Olympic Games by application of the law in effect. A new announcement to the investment public will be made after valuation of the demands of office and provided that the relevant decision regarding advisability and the number of new agency licenses granted will be made.
