As part of the obligations of the Company to inform the investing public, METKA S.A. announces the plan of intended corporate actions for 2007:
- Release of Fiscal Year 2006 Results: Tuesday, February 27th 2007.
- Annual Briefing of Analysts and Institutional Investors - Association of Greek Institutional Investors: Wednesday, March 14th 2007.
- Release of First Quarter 2007 Results: Thursday, May 10th 2007.
- Annual General Shareholder Meeting: Monday, May 14th 2007.
- Ex-dividend date: Wednesday, May 16th 2007.
- Dividend payout: Thursday, May 24th 2007.
- Release of Six Month 2007 Results: Thursday, August 2nd 2007.
- Release of Nine Month 2007 Results: Thursday, November 8th 2007.
The fiscal year 2006 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators'' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries'' accounts. The annual briefing of analysts and institutional investors by the Company concerning the financial results, shall be conducted by Mytilineos Group, on behalf of the Company, on Wednesday March 14th 2007, at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors. The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company''s website (www.metka.gr) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.ase.gr). The results shall be published in the press the next day, after their announcement in the Company''s website, and shall be followed by a conference call with the analysts and institutional investors by Mytilineos Group on behalf of the Company.
