As part of the obligations of the Company to inform the investing public, MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces the plan of intended corporate actions for 2007:
- Release of Fiscal Year 2006 Results: Tuesday, February 27th 2007.
- Annual Briefing of Analysts and Institutional Investors - Association of Greek Institutional Investors: Wednesday, March 14th, 2007.
- Annual General Shareholder Meeting: Tuesday, April 24th 2007.
- Ex-dividend date: Thursday, April 26th 2007.
- Dividend payout: Monday, May 7th 2007.
- Release of First Quarter 2007 Results: Thursday, May 10th 2007.
- Release of Six Month 2007 Results: Thursday, August 2nd 2007.
- Release of Nine Month 2007 Results: Thursday, November 8th 2007.
The fiscal year 2006 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators'' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries'' accounts. The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company''s website (www.mytilineos.gr) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.ase.gr). The results shall be published in the press the next day, after their announcement in the Company''s website, and shall be followed by a conference call with the analysts and institutional investors. More specifically, the annual and six-month results'' announcement shall be accompanied by a conference call of the Group''s CEO and Managing Director with the analysts and institutional investors, while the conference calls of the 1st and 3rd quarter results shall be conducted by the Group''s CFO and his associates.
