As part of the obligations of the Company to inform the investing public, P.G. NIKAS S.A. would like to release the plan of intended corporate actions for 2006:

- Date: 27/4/2006, Annual General Shareholder Meeting
- Date:2/5/2006, Ex-dividend Date
- Date:10/5/2006, Dividend payout (through a bank).

The fiscal year 2005 dividend will be paid out through a bank, according to article 329 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook. Details will be provided in a future press release.
