At the session of 23 November 2006, the chairman of MICHANIKI S.A. Mr Prodromos Emfietzoglou, proceeded in placement of 1.300.000 common shares afterwards right of vote of action that he possesses in Company (or 1,94%), in institutional investors of abroad.
The total value of the transaction amounted in the sum of 5.122.000 Euros, as the placement concerned in the rate of 3,94 Euros per action.
