The company's income from rents amounted to Euro 1,864.800 against Euro 1,417,900 of the respective last year's quarter, thus increased by 31.5%.
Profit before tax amounted to Euro 1,685,000 against Euro 985,700 of the respective quarter of 2005, namely increased by 71%, after tax profit amounted to Euro 1,606,700 against Euro 928,900 in 2005, therefore increased by 73%. In order to provide complete information to the investing public, the company announces that its total investments on 31.3.2006 are briefly as follows:
- Investments in real estate: Euro 96,775,000 (87.10%)
- Cash reserves: Euro 14,332,000 (12.90%) Total: Euro 111,107,000
It is noted that, as it has already been announced and decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 2.11.2005, the company intends to buy the remaining condominiums at COSMOPOLIS Mall in Komotini on 31.5.2006, of a total value of Euro 3,200,000.
