December 13, 2004. The management of HDFS, aiming at the expansion of its activities as well as its continuous financial growth announces that:

a) It participated in a tender regarding the supply of duty free products to the Skopje and Ohrid airports, which are managed by the state owned company ''Public Enterprise of Airport Services 'Macedonia' - Skopje''. Six companies from the retail and travel retail sector participated in this tender. HDFS was awarded with the supply of the Skopje and Ohrid airports with duty free perfumes, cosmetics, alcohol drinks (Ouzo, wines and brandy) and cigars, a development that is considered as a big success. The remaining product categories (cigarettes, alcohol drinks and chocolate products) were awarded to the German company Gebr. Heinemann.

b) Following the initiative of the Skopje government and the subsequent negotiations, the Company assumes the organization of the duty free shop at the Ohrid airport, the second airport (traffic wise) in FYROM. The respective task regarding the Skopje airport was awarded to Gebr. Heinemann.

c) The Company will continue, after winning the respective tender, to supply the Greek Army units located at the Kosovo region with perfumes, alcohol drinks and certain brands of cigarettes.
