Notos Com Holdings SA announces the acquisition of 40,000 shares of Pallis Stores SA which represents 49.99% of the latter''s share capital. Consequently, Pallis Stores SA is now a 100% subsidiary of Notos Com. With an aim to rationalizing the organizational structure of the subsidiary and minimizing costs, Notos Com intends to merge Pallis Stores by absorption in the immediate future.
