On Wednesday, 25 April 2001 an Extraordinary General Assembly took place appointing Mr. Kyriakos Filippou as the fifteenth member in the BoD representing the minority shareholders. Mr. Filippou is taking the place of Mr. Tsoupidis who recently resigned from OTE's Board of Directors.Mr. Filippou is a prominent Greek businessman and is the main shareholder , President and Managing Director of a Group of companies including FAGE and EVGA, leading companies in the consumer products business.We remind you that the other two members of the Board of Directors representing minority shareholders are: Mr. Iakovos Georganas, Vice Chairman of Piraeus Bank and Mr. Christos Spanos, President of the Union of Institutional Investors.
