INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES", with the distinctivetitle "INTRALOT", announces that on Tuesday, January 24, 2006, starts the trading of the 70,610 new registered shares of the Company on the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) that resulted from the recent share capital increase by 26,125.70, due to the exercise of stock option rights (stock option plan) in the current year from a total of 15 directors and employees of the Company, with an issuance price of 2.935 per share, according to the decisions of the General Meetings of the Shareholders of the Company on 28/02/2001, 27/09/2001 and 04/05/2005 and according to the decisions of the Board of Directors (BoD) on 25/10/2002 and 16/09/2005. The above-mentioned share capital increase does not constitute amendment of the Statute of the Company and was certified with the resolution of the BoD of the Company dated 19/12/2005, in enforcement of the decisions of the above General Meetings and it was registered to the Registar of Societe Anonyme Companies pursuant to the Announcement No K2-16476/02.01.2006. The BoD of the ATHEX, during its meeting on 17/01/2006 approved the listing of the aforementioned 70,610 registered shares of the Company. The BoD of the Company decided that the aforementioned new shares will start traded on the ATHEX as from 24/01/2006. On the same date the shares will be credited to the accounts of the beneficiaries via the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS). We also announce to the shareholders of the Company that on the same date (24/01/2006) the shares of the Company will commence trading on the ATHEX at a price that will be determined according to the ATHEX Regulation.
