O.T.E. was elected member of the European Foundation for Quality Management (E.F.Q.M.).E.F.Q.M. is a non-profit organization founded in 1988 by the 14 chairmen of the biggest European companies with the support of the European Commission. Its mission is to promote the Total Quality Management in EU.
