In addition, ?Pallis Stores S.A.? agreed to acquire a further 20% of ?Achileas S.A.? within 2002, raising its stake to 80%.Achileas S.A. is operating in the Office Supply business, having 2.500 customers and its expected sales for 2001, are estimated at grd 1.4 billion.The above acquisition enables Notos Com to enter the Office Supply market, doubles the size of ?Pallis Stores?, while taking advantage of the synergies created in the procurement operations of the business.
