The company announces, in accordance with P.D. 51/1992, that,
a)the company TALPA BEHEER B.V., by its notification,dated 6.7.2006, informed FORTHnet about its change of its indirect participation percentage in the latter's share capital, holding it through ING BANK GLOBAL CUSTODY NV, from 5,83% to 0,00%, after the sale of 2.246.600 common registered shares with voting right, during the A.S.E. session of 3.7.2006. Thus, TALPA BEHEER does not participate anymore in FORTHnet's share capital.
b)the company CYRTE INVESTMENTS GP I B.V., by its notification, dated 10.7.2006, informed FORTHnet about its change of its participation percentage in the latter's share capital from 0,00% to 5,83%, after the purchase of 2.246.600 common registered shares with voting right during the A.S.E. session of 3.7.2006. Thus, the participation percentage of CYRTE INVESTMENTS GP I B.V on the total of FORTHnet's voting rights amounts to 5,83% corresponding to 2.246.600 common registered shares with voting right on the total 38.540.682 common registered shares.
