In conformity to obligations under Presidential Decree No 51/1992, it is hereby noted that TRAMOUNDANA HOLDINGS S.A. increased its holding of NOTOS COM HOLDINGS SA shares by 7.035.683 representing an OTC transfer after the Public Offer. Moreover, during the Athens Stock Exchange session of December 14th, 2006, TRAMOUNDANA HOLDINGS S.A. acquired 68.438 shares of the same company. As a result of these transactions, its share in NOTOS COM HOLDINGS SA increased from 14.803% to 24.797%.
