Notification of Transaction

 ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby announces that on 16 January 2025 it was informed by MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. that the latter sold on 13 January 2025 by way of Over-the Counter Transaction (OTC) 10,400,000 Company shares of total value  €13,000,000.

The transaction acknowledgement by MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. and subsequently by the Company to the investment public is carried out because Mr. George Prousanides is Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. and at the same time a Non-Executive Director of ELLAKTOR SA Board.

The above announcement is issued pursuant to article 19 of the Regulation EU 596/2014.
