JOSEPH OUGHOURLIAN informed the Company in writing on 7 January 2022 that, because of a triggering transaction on 05 January 2022 AMBER CAPITAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ICAV – AMBER GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND indirectly holds 5.02% of the voting rights of the Company, from below 5% before the transaction.

Amber Capital UK Holdings Ltd is the controlling limited partner of Amber Capital UK LLP with 97% interest. Amber Capital UK Holdings Ltd is 100% owned by Amber Capital Management LP, a limited partnership controlled by Mr. Joseph Oughourlian.
