NOTOS COM HOLDINGS S.A. announces that it has entered into an agreement for the sale of its 33.73% holding in APIVITA S.A. against a total consideration of approximately 3.37 mln euro.
The agreement provides a gradual transfer, while initially 9% will be sold within 2006.
