During today''s BoD meeting of C.ROKAS SA, its founder Mr. Christos G. Rokas announced his resignation from Chairman of the Board of Directors, respecting the terms of the Company''s Corporate Governance Rules regarding age limits. Mr. George C. Rokas, until today Vice-Chairman of the BoD, was appointed as the new Chairman of C.ROKAS SA, whereas Mrs. Vassiliki I. Christodoulopoulou was appointed Vice-Chairman. Following Mr. Rokas'' resignation, the vacant position in the BoD was covered by the General Director of Energy Mr. Athanasios G. Tsantilas. Finally, the BOD has nominated its founder Mr. Christos Rokas Honorary Chairman, in recognition of his 50 year undivided commitment to the Company?s very successful course.
