According to the Presidential Decree 51/1992 as well as the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, GERMANOS SA announces that COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD , 100% subsidiary of COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA, on the 23rd of November 2006 has acquired at the price of Euro 19 per share, through stock exchange transactions, a further 15,662,341 GERMANOS SA common registered shares (corresponding to equal number of voting rights). Prior to the aforementioned transaction, COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD was the owner of 34,261,710 GERMANOS SA shares, representing 42% of GERMANOS SA''s share capital and COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA held directly and indirectly, through its 100% subsidiary COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD, 51,190,813 of GERMANOS S.A.''s shares corresponding to approximately 62,75% of GERMANOS SA''s paid in share capital. Following these transactions, COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD holds directly approximately 61.2% (49,924,051 shares ) of the Company''s share capital and COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA holds directly and indirectly, through its 100% subsidiary COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD, approximately 81.95% (66,853,54 shares)
