Morgan Stanley and Co, the mother company of Morgan Stanley & Co International Limited, notified us that the latter purchased through transactions on the Athens Exchange the total amount of 677,531 shares of the company under the corporate name ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A. acquiring in this way a percentage of 5.009% of the total amount of the shares of the company. With additional shares purchases via Athens Exchange its percentage of participation to the share capital of the company reached 10.042% of the total amount of the shares, namely it holds an aggregate amount of 1,358,054 shares. Pursuant to the relevant notification, Morgan Stanley & Co International Limited holds in custody the above mentioned 1,358,054 shares on behalf of its client ORN EVENT FUND LP. Additionally, the ORN Capital LLP, on behalf of the ORN EVENT FUND LP, notified us that the ORN EVENT FUND LP acquired through transactions on Athens Exchange the total amount of 677,531 shares of the company under the corporate name ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A. As a result of the above transactions, the aggregate percentage of the voting rights that ORN EVENT FUND LP holds in the company is approximately 5.0148% of the total amount of the company shares. Furthermore, with the acquisition of additional shares, the aggregate percentage of the voting rights that ORN EVENT FUND LP holds in the company amounts approximately to 10.0539%, i.e. 1,358,054 shares.
It should be noted that the aggregate number of the shares of the issuer company ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A. amounts to 13,526,199 shares, and thus the amount of 677,531 shares correspond to a percentage of 5.009%, while the amount of 1,358,054 shares correspond to a percentage of 10.0402%. By the combination of the abovementioned notifications, we come to the conclusion that shareholder of ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A. is Morgan Stanley & Co International Limited, holding a percentage of 10,0402% of the company''s shares, whilst ORN Event Fund LP exercises the voting rights pursuant to a contractual agreement between the two of them.
