The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. informs the investment community, according to paragraph 1 of the article 5 of P.D. 51/1992, of the following change in its shareholders' structure.
1. On 16.07.2006 the company FOLLIE-FOLLIE S.A. held 49.36% (25,999,000 shares) of HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A.
2. On 17.07.2006 FOLLIE-FOLLIE S.A. acquired 1,540,000 shares (2.92% of the share capital) and following that transaction FOLLIE-FOLLIE S.A. holds 52.28% (27,539,000 shares) of the Company's share capital.
