The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. informs the investment community, according to paragraph 1 of the article 5 of P.D. 51/1992, of the following changes in its shareholders' structure.
1. On 04.05.2006 the companies FOLLI-FOLLIE S.A. and GERMANOS S.A. held 24.680% (13,000,000 shares) and 24.678% (12,999,000 shares) respectively.
2. On 05.05.2006 GERMANOS S.A. sold 12,999,000 shares to FOLLI-FOLLIE S.A. and following that transaction FOLLI-FOLLIE S.A. holds 49.357% (25,999,000 shares) and GERMANOS S.A. holds 0% of the Company's share capital.
