On July 31, 2024, the trading of all 13,968,683 shares of "PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES ANONYMOS ETAIRIA PLIROFORIKIS" (or "Company") will begin on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (or "ATHEX").

The stock's trading code is ΠΕΡΦ in Greek font and PERF in Latin font. The initial trading price of the Company's shares was set at 7.15 euros per share (equal to the closing price of the July 30 2024 session of the Alternative Market of ATHEX).
