At the Meeting of the Board of Directors of "EGNATIA BANK S.A." held on 11.04.2006, a new three-member Internal Control Committee was elected, in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Presidential Decree of the Bank of Greece 2438/1998. The members of the Internal Control Committee are Mr. Nikolaos Theocharakis, President and non executive member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Konstantinos Los and Mr. Ioannis Grammatidis, members and non executive independent members of the Board of Directors.
