In accordance with Article 2 of Regulation 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and following Mr. Charalambos Stavrinoudakis'' leaving from the position of Chief Executive Officer, M.J.MAILLIS S.A. announces that the Board of Directors which was elected by the General Assembly held on May 24, 2006 was convened on November 03, 2006 and designated Mr. Michael Maillis as Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors was formed again in body as follows:
