Egnatia Bank S.A. announces that on 23.6.2006 the new Board of Directors of the Bank held a meeting in order to assemble and to appoint its executive and non-executive members.
The new Board of Directors is assembled as follows:
1. Vassilios Theocharakis, President of the Board of Directors and executive member
2. Alexandros Bakatselos, Vice President of the Board of Directors and non-executive member
3. Eleftherios Hiliadakis, Managing Director and executive member of the Board of Directors
4. Andreas Vgenopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors
5. Panagiotis Throuvalas, executive member of the Board of Directors
6. Androniki Plakomichelaki, executive member of the Board of Directors
7. Panagiotis Theocharakis, non-executive member of the Board of Directors
8. Despoina Theocharaki, non-executive member of the Board of Directors
9. Mihalis Louis, non-executive member of the Board of Directors
10. Konstantinos Los, non-executive independent member of the Board of Directors
11. Ioannis Grammatidis, non executive independent member of the Board of Directors

Moreover, the Board of Directors elected a new Executive Committee as follows:
