Hellenic Exchanges Holdings S.A. is announcing herewith that its Board of Directors has elected Mr.Spyro Kapralos as Member of the Board in replacement of the resigned Member Mr.Gika Manalis.

Mr.S.Kapralos assumes the duties of Chief Executive Officer of Hellenic Exchanges Holding S.A., while at the same time, he is undertaking all the executive responsibilities related to the management of the companies of the Group.

The appointment of the new Member of the Board of Hellenic Exchanges Holding S.A. will be included in the Daily Agenda of the 1st Shareholders General Meeting of the company, which will be held after the aforementioned appointment.
