Modification of Capital Return Calendar

ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”), according to the provisions of the articles 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Regulation and its announcement dated 30.01.2025, regarding the dates for the Capital Return to its shareholders of €0.85 per share, informs the investing public that there has been a modification regarding the starting date for the payment of capital return.

Therefore, the dates for the Capital Repayment to the shareholders of the Company[1] are set as follows:

a) Ex-rights date 24.03.2025 (The ex-date is after the expiration, on March 21st 2025, of the Futures Contracts that are traded in the derivatives market and have the Company's share as an underlying security.). From 24.03.2025 the shares of the Company will trade on the Athens Stock without the right to participate in the return of capital.

     b)  Record date (Date of determination of Beneficiaries) 26.03.2025

       c) The payment of the return of share capital is set to begin on 28.03.2025 (instead of 31.03.2025, as initially announced).

[1]      The Return of Capital to shareholders is subject to the condition of notification to the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE). The Return of Capital shall be effected through a paying Bank which in accordance with the provisions of the ASE and ATHEXCSD Regulation. The details will be given with a later announcement of the Company.
