Hellenic Exchanges has hired a group of companies as a consultant, with KION SA at the head of the group, through a public tender. The consultant will support HELEX management in the construction of a building complex.The project regards the construction of a contemporary building complex that will offer approximately 20,000 square meters of working space, 10,000 square meters of facility space and 800 to 1,000 working positions. Additional space will be reserved for conference halls, IT infrastructure, seminar halls as well as rooms for security systems.The new, contemporary building complex is expected to meet the increasing needs of the Hellenic capital market, as well as those of the HELEX group of companies. The building will also create synergies among the group's companies, thus reducing operating expenses. Lastly, it is expected to boost HELEX's position in relation to possible, upcoming international co-operations and alliances.
