Date of announcement of the Annual Economic Report on the Athens Stock Exchange: Friday 26.04.2024.

Date of announcement of the Annual Financial Report on www.unibios.gr website: Friday 26.04.2024.

Date of Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Friday 06.09.2024 TIME: 14:00.

Date of announcement of the results for the first semester 2024: 30.09.2024

The Board of Directors of the company will propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a capital return.

Cut-off Date for Return of Capital:                                                             Thursday   10.10.2024

Record Date for Return of Capital:                                                             Friday        11.10.2024

Payment Date for Return of Capital:                                                          Thursday    17.10.2024
