Financial Calendar 2022 – Date of the Annual General Meeting

ELLAKTOR S.A., in accordance to the provisions of the articles 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX
Regulation and within the framework of providing accurate and timely information, further to
its announcement at 08.04.2022, notifies that the date of the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders will be held on July 28th, 2022, instead of July 22nd, 2022, that was initially
announced.
