Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Wednesday, June 24, 2020

Release of First Semester 2020 results and teleconference: Thursday, September 10, 2020

Release of Nine Months 2020 results and teleconference: Thursday, November 26, 2020

The annual briefing to analysts, regarding the 2019 financial results, will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020.

The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders, no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2019.

It is noted, that the results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session to the Company's website (www.lamdadev.com), as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).
