EURODRIP S.A. announces the establishment of a subsidiary company with a 100% holding in Barcelona, Spain. The new company with the trade name "Eurodrip Irrigation Holding S.L." will be based in Barcelona, Spain and its share capital amounts to EUR 3,006. Also, the new company will realize a share capital increase by EUR 3,105,286, in order to acquire the following holdings:

1a) 49% of the subsidiary company "EURODRIP DAMLA SULAMA SANAYI VE TICARET A.S."
1b) 85% of the company EURODRIP DAMLA SULAMA PAZARLAMA VE TICARET A.S.
1c) 13.77% of the subsidiary company "EURODRIP USA INC."
