The Company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. announces the establishment of the company PLANTERA S.A., whose core activity is the trade of agrochemical products. The headquarters of the new company is the Municipality of Paleo Faliro, Attica. The company's share capital amounts to 60.000 euro, divided into 60.000 shares of nominal value 1 euro per share. Shareholders of the company are: NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. and the subsidiary of NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. with the distinctive title LAMDA LAMDA S.A. The establishment of PLANTERA S.A. aims at covering the product range of agrochemicals with new collaborations, thus enhancing the NEOCHIMIKI Group position and creating the conditions for further penetration in a sector in which major changes are expected in the following years.
