LAVRENTIADIS LTD, announces the incorporation of the company with the dinstictive title LAMDA DETERGENT LIMITED and object the production of detergents and the establishment and participation in other companies. The headquarters of the new company is in Cyprus, Lemesos. The share capital amounts to 3.000.000 euros, divided to 3.000.000 shares of nominal value of (1) euro each. The only shareholder of the newly established company, is the subsidiary of NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. with the title LAMDA DETERGENT SOCIETE ANONYME INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCE COMPANY.
