ELMEC SPORT SA signed an agreement with Cortefiel Group, which grants Elmec Sport the exclusive right to import and distribute in Greece the underwear and accessories bearing the trademark "WOMEN'SECRET". The duration of this agreement is five (5) years with Elmec Sport having the right to extend it for three (3) more years. Elmec Sport's retail stores network will distribute these products, with the company planning to open ten (10) retail stores within the next five (5) years, which will sell exclusively "WOMEN'SECRET" products. The collection "WOMEN'SECRET", as implied, is a specialist in women. The products involve mainly women's underwear, lingerie, casual clothes and accessories and kids' products. Today, more than 300 stores are operating worldwide and 1.293 people are employed under the trademark "WOMEN'SECRET". The turnover of the brand reached the amount of 133 million Euro during the fiscal year 2004. ELMEC SPORT SA also announces a Sales and Lease back agreement with EFG Eurobank Leasing, for its warehouses in Koropi, which cover a total area of 12.000 sq. meters. The company collected 12.294.455 euro, the annual fee for the fiscal year 2006 will reach the amount of 1.045.768 euro (approximately). The duration of the agreement is 15 years, at the end of which Elmec Sport will repurchase the building.
