Strintzis Lines Shipping S.A. - Blue Star Ferries Group is proud to announce the delivery of one more newbuilding vessel, BLUE STAR PAROS, from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. Ltd shipyards.

BLUE STAR PAROS, is an ultra-modern car-passenger ferry with speed of 26 knots, capacity of 1,500 passengers, 38 cabins with 132 berths and garage space for 240 private vehicles or 35 trucks and 104 private vehicles.

Τhe vessel is equipped with all the latest amenities and its comfortable public spaces will ensure a luxurious trip throughout the year regardless of weather conditions.

BLUE STAR PAROS is scheduled to arrive at the port of Piraeus on 6th Μay, 2002, and will be deployed on the Piraeus-Paros-Naxos-Santorini route following up the successful operation of BLUE STAR ITHAKI.

BLUE STAR NAXOS, the sister vessel of BLUE STAR PAROS is in the final stage of construction at the same shipyard and is expected to be ready for deployment on the Cycladic Islands' routes in June 2002.
