Decision of the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection

Further to the announcements dated 20.6.2024 and 10.10.2024, GEK TERNA S.A. informs the investors that the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection decided not to initiate control proceedings and raised no objections to the indirect acquisition of control by Masdar Hellas Single-Member Société Anonyme over the subsidiaries of TERNA ENERGY S.A. with registered seat in Poland.
