The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will convene on Tuesday, 9 November 2004 to examine the financial results of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the nine months ended 30 September 2004.

The financial results will be announced to the Stock Exchange and the Press after 4.00 p.m. on the same day.
