The Full Year 2005 financial statements (under IFRS) will be published on Saturday, March 4th, 2006.
The Annual Briefing to Analysts will be held on Thursday, March 30th, 2006
The Annual Ordinary Shareholders General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 31st, 2006

The Company s Board of Directors intends to propose to the above-mentioned General Meeting no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2005 in order to strengthen the equity capital structure of the company.
