ASPIS BANK SA., announces that the new Board of Directors of Aspis Bank S.A., which was elected at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 3-5-2006, was formed into body during its meeting no. 243/3-5-2006.

The composition of the new Board of Directors is as follows:
- Karatzas Konstantinos of Vassilios, Chairman & Managing Director, Executive Member.
- Argiros Stylianos of Alexandros, Vice chairman, Non Executive Member.
- Galanakis Georgios of Emmanuel, Independent Non Executive Member (according to the decision of 3-5-2006 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders).
- Kampas Nikolaos of Dimitrios, Non Executive Member.
- Kyriakopoulos Loukas of Menelaos, Independent Non Executive Member (according to the decision of 3-5-2006 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders).
