In accordance with Article 275, paragraph 9(d) of the ATHEX Regulation and Article 2 of Decision 3/347/12.07.05 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the company METKA S.A. informs the investing public that the tax audit for the fiscal years 2001-2004 has been completed. According to the relevant audit, the company paid out in taxes the amount of EUR 1,055,500.39. Also, it is noted that the taxes in question have burdened (after an adjustment according to IAS) the previous fiscal years up to 2004.
