Following press releases on November 14, 2001, regarding the issue ?Merger of MICROMEDIA BRITANNIA S.A. with G. KLAOUDATOS S.A.?, the Companies MICROMEDIA-BRITANNIA S.A. and G. KLAOUDATOS S.A. announce that taking into consideration the maximization of their activities, due to the similarity of their business, they admit being in negotiations for the realization of the merger, along with the Company ALPHAGRAPH S.A. (trade of photocopier machines). If any decision towards such a move is taken by the Boards of Directors of the Companies, it will be released directly, according to article 4, par. 1 of the decision 5/204/14.11.2001 of the Capital Market Commission.
