Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, NYSE: OTE), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, in response to recent press articles, citing OTE''s dividend policy, states that any dividend payment, by OTE S.A. in 2007, from 2006 profits, requires a decision by the Company''s General Assembly, following a proposal by the Company''s Board of Directors.
