Within the framework of the company's obligations with regard to the regular information of the investment public, UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A.  announces the Following Changes to its Financial Calendar for the year 2024 in accordance with Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rule Book:

Date of Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Friday 26.07.2024, TIME: 14:00.

The Board of Directors of the company will propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a capital return.

Cut-off Date for Return of Capital:                                                             Thursday  12.09.2024

Record Date for Return of Capital:                                                             Friday        13.09.2024

Payment Date for Return of Capital:                                                         Thursday   19.9.2024
