Cenergy Holdings (the “Company”) announces that the Company's press release for its financial results for the first half year of 2024 together with its Interim Report for the same period will be published on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, instead of Wednesday, September 18th, 2024, as previously announced.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results with investors and analysts on Wednesday, August 28th, 2024, instead of Thursday, September 19^th, 2024, as previously announced.  Conference call details will be provided in due course.
